Team Structure: 1 Head Chef + 4 Chefs
Requirement: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive company known for its positive culture and commitment to fresh, high-quality food. The menu focuses on seasonal, fully in-house dishes, giving you the creative freedom to influence menus, refine standards, and lead multiple kitchen teams.
As this is an independently owned business, you’ll benefit from direct communication with the owners, fast decision-making, and full flexibility when it comes to replacing or investing in new kitchen equipment.
The current team is passionate and creative—they simply need a senior leader who can organise their talent and guide them toward consistent excellence. They take pride in producing quality dishes, crafting seasonal specials, and ensuring smooth service day after day.
With the business expanding, you’ll also play a key role in new openings, implementing POS systems, and helping build a strong, positive brand and workplace culture.
