Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert, professional and friendly service on wills, trusts, probate, power of attorney matters, court of protection and general elderly client services.
* Maintain high standards of client care, communication and attention to detail.
* Work independently and collaboratively within the team, with flexible hours and attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
* Completed the Legal Practice Course.
* Completed a training contract and seat in Private Client.
* Experience at a Legal 500 ranked firm is desirable.
* Full‑time STEP membership advantageous but not essential.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of wills, trusts and probate processes.
