Driver Compliance Coordinator - Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: £13.50 an hour
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend work
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver Compliance Coordinator to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation based in Enfield. This role will focus on monitoring driver compliance, supporting operational standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure procedures are followed and customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor drivers while on the road and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Handle and resolve driver and customer complaints professionally
* Ensure drivers are following operational and compliance standards
* Verify delivery addresses and investigate any discrepancies
* Check that drivers are contacting customers where required
* Monitor driver communication and delivery performance
* Maintain accurate compliance records and reports
* Support warehouse and transport management teams with operational checks
* Escalate any recurring compliance or service issues
* Assist with audits, investigations, and process improvements
Requirements
* Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse operations, compliance, or administration
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
* Confident handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work
Desirable
* Experience working with delivery drivers or transport teams
* Understanding of logistics or last-mile delivery operations
* Knowledge of compliance and health & safety procedures
