About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programmes, utilizing both Agile and traditional methodologies.
You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet milestones and deliver value regarding time, cost, and quality.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, you’ll foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, shaping the future of our digital services to be responsive, resilient, and forward-thinking.
About you
We seek an experienced project manager with a proven track record in delivering critical IT and data platform projects.
You should be comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex changes.
Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with a people-first leadership approach.
You understand financial stewardship, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, motivated by making a meaningful impact.
Whether mentoring peers or managing external partners, you bring clarity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
