The Botanist are recruiting a Designate Sous Chef! £35,000 salary plus benefits and tronc, travel paid when away from core site. This role is mobile and will be working across Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and Chester venues.
Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen management, ensuring a safe, fun and exciting workplace while delivering profitability and efficiency.
* Manage stocks, rotas, recruitment and overall food safety/hygiene.
* Split time evenly between cooking, managing systems and procedures, and developing the team.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to advise on food operations, guest experience and bookings/events.
