Key Responsibilities
You will support programme operations and administrative processes related to curriculum checks for preschools. Your responsibilities include:
* Provide logistical and administrative support for Curriculum Check activities
* Liaise with preschools and stakeholders to facilitate the rectification process following Curriculum Checks
* Assist in reviewing and tracking improvement plans submitted by preschools through the use of AI-based tools (AIBot)
* Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to programme activities
* Provide general administrative and operational support for the team
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
* Diploma in any discipline
* IT-savvy and comfortable using digital systems and tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
* Meticulous, organised, and able to manage tasks independently
* Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn
* Punctual and responsible in completing assigned tasks
Additional Information
* Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable for another 6 months based on manpower needs and performance)
* Qualification Required: Diploma
