Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is an accelerator site for the Ageing Well national agenda, as part of the NHS Long Term Plan. This offers the opportunity to shape and develop both rapid responsive patient care and supporting patients with rehabilitation in their home environment. We are looking for someone who will be supported to develop their skills in both physical and mental health rehabilitation, in order to provide excellent, holistic care as part of a community MDT. This role will involve the supervision and training of students, junior colleagues and be involved in teaching of multidisciplinary staff. We have excellent CPD opportunities available including CBT training and Masters modules such as frailty management. Working in the community, it is essential for staff to own a car for travel and be able to work across extended hours and seven days in order to meet the needs of our patients.
