Job Summary
Contract role - 10 months - December/January start
The main purpose of this role will be to provide integral assistance to the Office Services department by managing practical and administrative Fleet and Facilities Tasks and responsibilities. As well as this they will be required to communicate with contractors/suppliers and our third-party service providers to ensure maintenance jobs and services are scheduled in and managed from start to finish.
Other responsibilities will involve helping with day-to-day requests/queries that come into the ticketing system
To provide daily support to the operations and maintenance of Apogee Buildings
• To maintain effective facilities administration systems, including accurate and comprehensive data entry, in line with Facilities Team requirements and procedures • To liaise with handy persons, contractors, and Suppliers to help maintain the building standards.
• Assist in the development of processes, procedures, and systems for the effective management of the Facilities at multiple locations
• Help to keep the facilities orderly, safe, and efficient.
• To maintain effective Fleet administration systems, including accurate and comprehensive data entry, in line with Company requirements and procedures
• Day-to-day management of the company’s fleet
• Control of hire and loan car bookings
• Liaising with Drivers on all matters
• Management of various Fleet accounts – toll, parking, insuranc
Experience and Skills Required
Ideally have worked in a similar role with proven ability to use MS Office suite, in particular Excel
• Ability to work to deadlines whist prioritising and multitasking
• Able to follow procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with Senior Management and external organisations
• Tackle problem solving with a ‘hands-on’ approach
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Great interpersonal and team working skills
