Company Overview:

The Sharper Edge Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Sales Administrator. With a focus on sales and quoting providing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around customer care which will include managing enquiries via the phone and emails, sales quotes, processing online orders, marketing, updating social media, picking and packing orders, and managing online stock. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service.
* Ensure timely delivery of services to our customers.
* Maintain accurate records of quotes and orders.
* Process online orders and ensure accurate fulfilment within designated timeframes.
* Update social media platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok.
* Ensuring the correct levels of stock on amazon and eBay.
* Assist with warehouse cover, including picking and packing.
* Send out regular marketing emails to customers.
* Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales administration and customer service is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to use social media platforms
* Able to work independently.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, requiring 5 days a week.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17: 00.

Office based.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25, 000 – 28, 000 per year
