Job Description
EduTalent Group is hiring a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a primary school in Bexhill, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced TA who enjoys working with children with additional needs and is committed to providing high-quality support in a positive and inclusive school environment. You will work closely with teachers to support learning, help manage behaviour, and provide tailored assistance to help all students achieve their full potential.
Requirements
1. Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with SEND
2. Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, or SEMH needs
3. Ability to provide 1:1 and small group support to promote independence and engagement
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
5. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership
6. Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
7. Available to start ASAP

Requirements
