Ourclient,aleadingspecialistinstallationsprovider,isseekinganexperiencedInstallationsManagerSupervisorsupporttheday-to-daymanagementoftheirInstallationTeam.
ReportingtotheInstallationsManager,youwillassistindeliveringcustomerprojectssafely,ontime,andwithinbudget,whilesupportingfieldteamsandensuringoperationalexcellence.
KeyResponsibilities
* Manageallocatedinstallationprojects,ensuringclearplanningofdates,resources,andrequirements
* Supportschedulingandmaintainaccurateinternalworkplanners
* Attendsitesurveysandprojectmeetingsasrequired
* Monitorprojectcostsandmanagesuppliersandcrews
* Resolveinstallationissuesandescalatewherenecessary
* Conductsiteauditsandspotchecks,raisingnon-conformanceswhererequired
* Supporttraining,upskilling,andperformanceofInstallationteams
* MaintainHealth&Safetycompliance,includingRAMS
KeyRequirements
* Experiencewithinmechanicaland/orelectricalinstallation
* Strongpeoplemanagementandleadershipskills
* KnowledgeofRAMSandHealth&Safetylegislation
* Experiencemanagingprojects,resources,andschedules
* Confidentcommunicatorwithcustomer-facingexperience
* ProficientinMicrosoftOffice
* Flexible,organised,andabletomanageafluidworkload
