As a Sales Manager at Soly, you will play a key role in our dynamic and expanding sales team based in London. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the sales process, converting leads into opportunities and offering tailored advice on solar energy solutions. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact to successful closure. You will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads - people who actively show an interest in our products - to book appointments to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier, and contribute to the growth of our new UK business.
You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future-Solyans.

A starting salary of £34,000 with generous bonus structure (OTE of £52,000)

You have a passion for sales and proven experience in B2C roles.
You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
