About the role
The Senior Lead, Product Success is focused on driving operational excellence and accelerating the adoption of digital products across the EMEA, APAC or the AMERICAS region. Serving as a strategic connector between Digital teams and regional Business Units (BUs), this role ensures alignment of priorities, fosters strong cross-functional partnerships, and embeds best practices to support successful product deployment and measurable impact.
The Senior Lead champions product success by aligning digital initiatives with BU objectives, strengthening engagement between stakeholders, and leading the scaling of digital solutions through structured frameworks. Although the role does not include direct line management, it provides leadership and coaching to a matrixed team of Digital Business Partners, guiding them to maximise performance and impact.
The Senior Lead acts as a regional advocate for Product Success, translating insights into strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement across the digital function. This includes coaching Digital Business Partners, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring that regional feedback informs global digital strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities
2. Accelerate product adoption across the region and embed best practices to improve customer outcomes.
3. Translate business strategies into actionable digital insights that drive commercial impact.
4. Lead and support a team of Digital Business Partners to unlock digital opportunities and deliver measurable results.
5. Represent Business Unit (BU) needs in product development to ensure relevance and maximise value.
6. Scale digital product rollouts by resolving operational challenges and embedding best practices that boost BU agility and performance.
7. Develop training and coaching programmes that elevate BU digital maturity and empowering teams to drive digital initiatives with confidence
8. Create visibility of Product Success impact through dashboards, storytelling, and leadership engagement
Requirements
9. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment within digital or technology environments.
10. Ability to drive adoption and performance through structured rollout and feedback mechanisms.
11. Experience influencing product development and embedding user requirements into delivery plans.
12. Demonstrated leadership in managing distributed teams in international markets
13. Skilled in identifying operational blockers and implementing scalable solutions.
14. Experience designing inclusive training and coaching frameworks to build team capability.
15. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions.
16. Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional digital projects from initiation to delivery
