The Role:
* Managing complex minerals and waste applications
* Drafting detailed Planning Statements and appeal documentation
* Representing clients at hearings and inquiries
* Coordinating environmental and technical consultants
* Promoting sites through emerging Local Plans
About You:
* MRTPI qualified (or very close to completion)
* Experience in minerals, waste or infrastructure projects
* Strong appeal experience
* Excellent written and analytical skills
* Commercially aware and client-focused
