Role: Project Chemist - Team Leader
Location: Nottingham, Derby, Leicester
Salary : £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus + Training & Progression opportunities within group
? This is an opportunity for an experienced Chemist to join an innovative and dynamic team that builds and fosters collaborations across global innovation and R&D centres. This role will work closely with portfolio managers, business development managers, and marketing teams and is fully aligned with the strategic business objectives.

?Duties of The Project Chemist
Project Leadership/Management : Lead and manage business critical projects, from exploration to launch, putting customer needs at the heart of everything.
Product Development: Hands-on approach to formulating and testing of innovative products and prototypes as well as data analysis. Furthermore, you will turn data into information and communicate findings across the company.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside culturally diverse and international teams, contributing to continuous improvement and high-performance standards.

Experience & Educational background
Educational Background : A degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering)
Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as a scientist or project leader, with a proven track record of managing and leading projects.
Skills: Strong project leadership and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Ability to turn data into information and what that data means.
Curiosity: An inquisitive mind, persistence, tenacity, and an ability to think outside the box.
