Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Officer Location: Colwyn Bay (on-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (contract option available)
Salary: £24,334 per year
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
Overview:
We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in the enforcement services sector that is looking to expand its internal support team due to new contract wins. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment where you'll be helping manage sensitive case information and assisting customers with debt resolution and guidance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking inbound calls to assist customers with payments and payment arrangements
Handling vulnerable callers with empathy and directing them to appropriate support agencies
Maintaining and updating case files accurately and in line with GDPR
Supporting field-based agents and internal teams with admin and client updates
Drafting letters, inputting data, and managing general case correspondence
Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment

A calm, professional manner with the ability to handle sensitive or difficult conversations
Strong IT skills and accurate data entry
