What you’ll get: • Competitive salary of £50,000–£55,000 • Generous bonus scheme (individual business performance) • Matched pension • 26 days holiday bank holidays • Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 support • Mental Health First Aiders on site • Cycle to Work scheme • Health & Wellbeing package (including 24-hour GP line) • Ongoing training and development investment About You • You’ll be a time-served multiskilled engineer with an electrical bias • Experience working with PLCs, motor controls, wiring, pneumatics, and gearboxes • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills • Experience in manufacturing or production environments • Engineering qualifications (e.g. 17th/18th Edition, Apprenticeship, HNC/HND) • Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively • A proactive mindset — spotting issues before they escalate • Happy working a permanent nightshift Monday to Friday About The Job • Carrying out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance • Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective breakdown repairs • Working with PLCs, electrical systems, and mechanical components • Supporting and contributing to engineering and improvement projects • Writing, reviewing, and training on maintenance procedures (including LOTO) • Raising and reviewing risk assessments • Coordinating and managing external contractors • Sourcing and managing spare parts (critical and non-critical) • Collaborating with day shift production teams to maintain safety and performance standards About the company: • A global leader in innovative, scientifically led, manufactured products • Part of a global group with strong investment in innovation, R&D, and people • A collaborative, safety-first culture with a focus on continuous improvement and development Sound like your kind of role?
