What will your day to day look like?
* Coordinating B2B events and keeping everything running smoothly
* Managing project timelines and ensuring key dates aren’t missed
* Liaising with suppliers – print, catering, transport, etc.
* Supporting workshops, conferences, and customer training events
* Managing marketing collateral and merchandise
* Ensuring everything stays on‑brand
* Supporting campaign reporting, internal communications, and PR activities
* Tracking budgets, raising purchase orders, and keeping spending in check
* Owning and managing the digital asset library
This role will suit you if you…
* Love organising B2B events and keeping things running smoothly
* Have a degree in Events, Marketing, or Life Sciences
* Communicate confidently in writing, presenting, or face‑to‑face
* Thrive when juggling multiple projects and deadlines
* Adapt quickly and enjoy wearing different hats
* Are comfortable with Office or Google Suite
* Have dabbled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, or social media tools
* Have a full UK driving licence and can easily travel to Leeds
