Role description
* This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Account Executive at AGORA in London
* Lead the onboarding process of new sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) to selling on TikTok
* Proactive and continuous communication with sellers to ensure a frictionless experience and most importantly to optimize their online sales
* Track sellers’ performance and suggest improvements to increase sales
* Work closely with Community team to identify opportunities to push sales through video content!
* Think creatively to dominate TikTok e-commerce sales!
Who you are:
* Previous experience is not required but you must have a strong record of academic excellence with a degree from a top university
* High enthusiasm for e-commerce and a startup environment
* Are relentless at problem solving and can think quickly on your feet
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
* Are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
* Analytical thinker and proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Interested in social media, mainly TikTok, and are excited about the next revolution in e-commerce: video-driven sales!
