Get involved in all aspects of sales and account management, affecting the sales performance of the business. Deliver excellence in new client generation activities, new client business development activities and account management, nurturing and developing client relationships.
Your keen interest in technology and attention to detail will help ensure our sales processes are efficient, responsive, and precise.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Support the sales team by understanding client requirements, developing tailored solutions, and creating accurate sales quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation.
* Engage with clients through meetings and discussions to review and refine solution options, always seeking the best outcome for both the client and the business.
* Assist in the documentation, review, and execution of client IT strategies using Emerge Digital's standard templates, including facilitating Employee Insight Surveys.
* Proactively manage and grow client accounts, with a strong focus on increasing Monthly Recurring Margin (MRM) and identifying new project opportunities.
* Work closely with suppliers and third parties to gather technical information and pricing, ensuring all proposals are comprehensive and competitive.
* Ensure excellence in client service by developing trusted relationships, responding quickly to service requests, and resolving client issues with professionalism and care.
We're Looking For:
* Experience in a sales environment and the creation quotes and proposals for technology products and services.
* Experience working with suppliers and third parties to gather pricing and technical information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive approach, ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interest in technology and its potential to drive business growth
