We currently have a vacancy for an Advertising Account Executive at Adgen based in our Swansea office.
As an Account Executive, you will specialise in campaign planning and delivery. You will be integral to the successful execution and optimisation of advertising campaigns for our clients. Your role will require meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, exceptional client service, commercial acumen, operational efficiency, and active involvement in sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Delivery:
2. Set up and track campaigns, ensure asset readiness, and implement optimisation strategies, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reporting.
3. Utilise past campaign learnings and keyword analysis to inform strategies, establish KPIs, and continuously monitor campaign performance.
4. Join client briefing calls, support in minute-taking, participate in response presentations, and contribute to End of Campaign (EOC) summaries.
Client Service:
1. Attend briefing calls and work-in-progress meetings as required, providing support and insights to clients.
2. Oversee and be accountable for achieving client targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue within and outside of campaigns.
Operational Effectiveness:
1. Ensure the maintenance of 100% up-to-date timesheets and strict adherence to timekeeping standards while delegating actions to relevant teams using project management tools.
2. Troubleshoot platform issues as they arise to guarantee smooth campaign execution.
Sales & Marketing:
1. Support marketing objectives and contribute to tenders and pitches to attract new clients and business opportunities.
2. Attend industry events to build a strong network and support growth and client development.

What we offer:
* The starting salary for this role is £23,500, depending on skills and experience.
