Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer. This role plays a critical part in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving best-in-class electrical maintenance practices within a high-performance industrial environment.
?? Key Responsibilities
* Design and conduct electrical equipment inspections to ensure operational reliability
* Analyze electrical failures and define repair and improvement strategies
* Implement risk-based maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approaches
* Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems
* Collaborate with Maintenance Planning teams to align with CMMS processes
* Perform and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fault diagnostics
* Prepare clear reports with findings, recommendations, and project updates
* Support CAPEX planning and budgeting for electrical reliability initiatives
* Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to maintenance teams
* Work cross-functionally to improve inspection and maintenance standards
