We are recruiting a confident and commercially aware General Manager for a highly regarded, quality-led pub in Buckinghamshire with accolades

The successful candidate will be hands-on, people-focused and capable of driving both guest experience and financial performance.
The Role:
Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub
Lead, train and develop a strong front-of-house team
Drive sales, profitability and community engagement
Maintain excellent service standards and operational controls
Manage rotas, stock, labour and compliance
Work closely with ownership to support ongoing growth
The Ideal Candidate:
Current General Manager
Background in quality-led pubs or fresh food environments
Commercially minded with solid financial awareness
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality
