What you’ll do

We're recruiting for a National Account Manager to join our Business Sales team here at VodafoneThree. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable and long-term revenue contribution, customer satisfaction and increased market share from our Indian System Integrators, by way of aligning operating companies, affiliates and partners as well as coordinating C-level customer relationships between Vodafone and Account.

Wider responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:

1. Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue, connections for voice and data, market share and net margin contribution.
2. Key company liaison responsible for developing strong one-to-one long-term relationships with key decision makers/ influencers up to C Level.
3. Works in partnership with Customer Fulfilment and pre and post sales areas to ensure seamless introduction of new product services and propositions to accounts.
4. Demonstrates exceptional negotiation skills, consistently driving favorable outcomes in complex business deals. Effectively manages revenue streams by implementing strategic pricing models and maximizing profitability.

Who you are

5. In depth understanding of processes, objectives and procedures aligned to working with and/or selling to Indian System Integrators in a sell-through/sell-with capacity.
6. Demonstrable record of closing complex deals in the region of +£5m Total Contract Value and ability to navigate complex flow down terms.
7. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.
8. Demonstrable financial acumen, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
