Family Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Northamptonshire - £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) – A reputable law firm is looking to bolster their family team through the recruitment of a skilled and talented Family Solicitor. JOB REF - 8886
1. Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
2. You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion.
3. You will be responsible for a varied family caseload of privately funded matters to include Divorce, property and finances, Children issues, Trusts of Land, pre/post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and non-molestation applications.
