We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Retail & Operations Assistant
to support our retail operations, shop floor, and head office functions. This is a hands-on role working closely with our Director and playing a key part in connecting the shop floor with head office to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities Retail & Visual Merchandising
* Assist with purchasing and maintaining product range
* Support with visual displays, pricing, signage, packaging, and in-store presentation
* Help create engaging product displays and take product photos
* Contribute to maintaining shop procedures and operational standards
Operations & Administration
* Provide general administrative support
* Learn and work with various retail and operational systems
* Assist with stock organisation and management
* Help streamline communication between shop floor, head office, and director
Customer & Community Engagement
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Support community marketing and local social media initiatives
* Contribute to business development within local areas
* Assist with small event set-ups and hands-on tasks
Teamwork & Development
* Work closely with David and the wider team
* Follow tasks through to completion and support cross-department needs
* Grow into the ability to delegate and manage small tasks
* Stay involved, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
