The Client Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Macquarie's business by ensuring that our client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes meet the highest standards of compliance and quality. We work collaboratively with colleagues across various business, operations, support, and risk functions, coordinating efforts to maintain robust Know Your Customer (KYC) practices. Our team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, and learning, helping to shape a secure and efficient operating environment across global locations.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised location. Note that this is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.

What role will you play?
As a KYC Reviewer/Approver, you are responsible for supporting stakeholders by identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies. You will conduct thorough reviews and approvals for new client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and remediation files, working closely with KYC Analysts and other teams to meet regulatory and quality standards. Your role involves reviewing escalations, delivering training, and participating in meetings focused on best practices and quality themes. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote adherence to policies and procedures, encouraging a learning and risk-aware approach within the team.
What you offer
