Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £90-£100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a caring, energetic and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive early years team. You will play a key role in helping children thrive during their foundation stage by supporting their learning, development, and well‑being in a safe and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
* Support the class.
* Promote children's personal, social and emotional development.
* Work with individuals and small groups to support early learning goals, including communication, literacy, and numeracy.
* Ensure the health, safety and well‑being of all the children at all times.
* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in an early years setting (school or nursery).
* A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic approach.
* Understanding of the Early Years foundation stage (EYFS) Curriculum.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
