Support Administrator
Location: The role will be based in the Cheshire & Merseyside region, with base operations located in Liverpool
A leading UK supplier of integrated healthcare solutions to the NHS in the Liverpool area requires a Support Administrator to join its fantastic growing team. You will be the face-to-face contact of the company with patients / users.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
* Excellent interpersonal skills or prior experience in a customer service role
* UK Drivers license
* Experience tracking location and status of stock through relevant IT systems
* Knowledge of maintaining of software and hardware / supporting upgrades and ongoing development
Desirable:
* 1st/2nd Line support role experience
* Proven experience in support: Android and iOS
* Experience installing Android and iOS based technology
