We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Junior Area Manager to join our rapidly growing European team. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will support the management and development of our brand’s presence across a specific European region (The House of Creed, Balenciaga Fragrances, Bottega Veneta Fragrances).


This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and brand management within the dynamic fragrances industry. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and ensure consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution Support

* Support the Senior Business Development Manager in developing and executing commercial strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
* Assist and support existing distributors and retailers by providing product knowledge, training, and promotional tools.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
* Coordinate and follow up on marketing activities and events to maximize brand visibility and drive sales.
* Participate in the onboarding and training of new retail partners.

Marketing & Brand Management

* Help the Senior Business Development Manager in strategizing the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget per country.
* Contribute to the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives within the region.
* Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with visual merchandising standards across all points of sale.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collect market feedback and consumer insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
* Contribute to the creation and adaptation of marketing materials for the European market.

Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
* Act as a point of contact for regional partners’ requests and inquiries.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the brand and expand the professional network.

Reporting & Analysis

* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market trends.
* Analyze data to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
* Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts.

Profile & Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
* Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
* Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
