One of the UK's fastest growing FM companies are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based at their office space in Newton-Le-Willows, Haydock - across site you'll be responsible for assisting the account's contract support, allocating works to engineers as well as liaising with management and client.,
* Act as primary contact for telephone calls and any other inbound/outbound duties
* Recording of events and any service failures across the account
* Liaising with internal and external customers & clients
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
* Co-ordination of engineers workload
* Completion of paperwork
* Assisting the sites contract support
* Raising purchase orders, maintaining stock and ordering parts
* Adhering to health & safety guidelines across site
* Educated to GCSE/A-Level level (essential)
* Well presented
* Previous experience working at a blue-chip site (desirable)
* Previous experience working in the FM industry (desirable)
