What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Create a nurturing space where students feel safe, valued, and empowered
* Help design and lead engaging, motivational learning activities
* Track progress and share meaningful feedback with staff and families
* Use de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviour with empathy
* Take part in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of SEMH
What You’ll Bring
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role (SEMH experience preferred)
* A strong grasp of the emotional and behavioural challenges students may face
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
