We are looking for a Retail\nStore Manager who can inspire and lead with passion in a large or\nhigh-profile store. If you have a history of guiding large teams to\nachieve outstanding commercial results, a self-driven and proactive\nmindset, and a talent for coaching and developing others, we would\nlove to hear from you.
Day to day,\nyou’ll be leading your people to deliver both individual and team\nobjectives, including driving revenue combined with a great\ncustomer experience. You’ll also be communicating with stakeholders\nfrom across the business ensuring a clear strategy and support for\nyour store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on\nboth financial and behavioural KPIs, whilst capitalising on new\nretail opportunities.
