HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Assembly Operatives to work for a high end Tap company within the Rainham Essex area. Your job role will involve assembling parts of a tap and other plumbing fixtures on a production line for bathrooms and kitchens. This involves following detailed instructions, using tools, ensuring the quality of the product is at high standards. Responsibilities: Assemble brass wear components per detailed instructions and quality standards. Build, test, and pack products to meet quality and output targets. Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks. Follow standard procedures and work instructions. Inspect components for defects and ensure quality specifications. Maintain a clean and organised workstation. Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE. Contribute to a positive team environment. Report and suggest improvements for procedural issues. Perform repetitive tasks while standing. Be flexible in your working approach. Please note you must have experience within working as an assembly operative to be put forward for this role.
