Embedded Risk Team Member, Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Reporting Lead
Deutsche Bank is seeking an Embedded Risk Team Member to join the Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) Group Technology Infrastructure (GTI) team. This role will be responsible for portfolio reporting, tracking, data analytics, and management presentation, as well as contributing to GTI's findings portfolio remediation and activities that improve operational resilience and risk reduction.
Position Overview
The Risk & Controls function at Deutsche Bank sits within the GTI for Deutsche Bank Group. The team is dynamic and consistently in demand for providing guidance and challenging the status quo to deliver change and maintain approaches and systems in a secure and resilient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and drive findings remediation and ownership, and accountability for creation, management, and reporting against core datapoints on TDI's risk process landscape.
* Provide technology risk expertise related to Deutsche Bank's technology landscape and reflect data reporting and presentations from subject matter expert to Senior Management level.
* Support risk landscape and cultural shift to identify and implement simplification & enhancement opportunities to further protect Deutsche Bank from potential risk exposure built on data points and conclusions.
* Build, grow, and drive productive networks to leverage and promote best solutions, and re-use, expand, and enhance.
* Challenge standing practices & rulesets for adequacy and support continuous improvement.
Your Skills And Experience
* Overall experience in roles with similar complexity and seniority, including experience in a Technology company, Banking Technology division, or IT audit with experience in Risk and Control, and a proven track record in a global organisation.
* Data and Reporting experience, as well as hands-on expertise of corresponding tooling and scripting, essential.
* Expertise using data insights to create management information to communicate complex concepts across a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
* Deep understanding of the industry-wide risk landscape and regulatory expectations, as well as an excellent understanding of Industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
* Knowledge of project management, organisational change management, or quality management with a proven track record in using data to influence change.
