About Our Client
Page Personnel have partnered with a great Education and Training organisation, looking to recruit an administrator. Our client are a vibrant and diverse Catholic college situated in the heart of Leeds, dedicated to providing quality education to approximately 900 students from Year 7 to Year 11. As a faith school, they take pride in their inclusive and welcoming environment, which fosters a sense of community and respect among both our students and staff.
Job Description
3. Provide exceptional reception services, greeting and assisting visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general administrative tasks.
5. Collaborate closely with a diverse team of teaching and administrative staff.
6. Be part of a larger academy trust and contribute to its shared mission.
7. Work in a general office environment alongside two other team members.
8. Maintain a fully on-site presence, with no hybrid working arrangements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Administrator will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will bring top organisational skills. They would need to have good attention to detail and be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in an administrative / receptionist role would be advantageous. It is also ESSENTIAL that the successful applicant already holds a Fully Enhanced DBS
