Mobilisation Project Manager

What You'll Be Doing
As our Mobilisation Project Manager, you'll lead the charge on mobilisation projects and business transformation initiatives. Your mission? To ensure smooth transitions, deliver programme outcomes, and embed change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver mobilisation projects to a high standard, on time, and to client satisfaction
* Plan, design, and own mobilisation plans through to handover
* Continuously refine and implement business processes
* Manage the transition of business change into operational areas
* Ensure delivery of programme outcomes and benefits
* Lead change management activities across the business
* Oversee operational risk and develop mitigation plans
* Conduct post-project evaluations and close-off
What We're Looking For
We're after a
qualified, experienced, and professional
Mobilisation Project Manager with a solid understanding of:
* Responsive and Planned Maintenance
* Facilities Management (FM) works
You'll be a
strong communicator
with a positive, engaging approach—someone who can support and educate the business through change.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
