Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a highly successful entrepreneur with hiring an exceptionally bright, driven, and thoughtful individual to join and support their small family investment business as an HR Recruitment Executive. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the founder as they build out their private projects and philanthropic ventures.
The Role:
* Based full-time in the Isle of Man (relocation supported).
* Focused on recruitment, talent selection, and project-based HR work for a private family office environment.
* Support the recruitment of roles across finance and operations-not your typical hiring landscape.
* Direct involvement in projects around biodiversity, sustainability and eco-tourism.
* Work closely with a tight-knit team and directly with the founder on an ambitious hiring roadmap-targeting 50+ hires.
Candidate:
* A top-of-the-class graduate from a reputable UK university or equivalent
* Straight-A academic background with a natural intellectual curiosity.
* Highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and switched-on.
* Excited by the idea of doing something meaningful outside of the corporate norm
* Up for relocating to the Isle of Man for a few years-and enjoying the perks of low tax and a lifestyle reset.
