Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be a hands‑on marketer with genuine strategic capability. This isn’t a role for someone who manages from a distance — you’ll be in the detail, driving creative direction, digital performance, producing print materials and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the function and the commercial acumen to ensure everything you do generates value.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Lead on re‑brand and messaging across traditional and digital channels
* Lead the new website build and ongoing digital performance
* Developing and delivering integrated campaigns
* Developing printed collateral to support sales
* Embedding AI‑enabled tools to sharpen targeting, content creation and marketing efficiency
* Overseeing external agency relationships including PR, ensuring brand narrative is consistent and compelling
* Event management
* Reporting on performance through analytics, KPIs and regular MD‑level business reviews
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded marketer who has worked within a luxury or premium lifestyle brand. Think interiors, fashion, textiles, or a comparable high‑end consumer sector. You’ll understand how to balance beautiful, on‑brand creative with data‑led digital performance, and you’ll have the confidence to do both. A strong grasp of brand marketing, website management and email platforms is essential.
