What you'll be doing...
As a Relief Chef, you will manage and support a catering team while focusing on financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK, customers, and clients
* Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget
* Ensure effective team communication, build relationships, and liaise with management and clients to achieve operational excellence
* Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care
This role covers Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Bexhill-on-Sea, Maidstone, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, and Hampton.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

* Catering experience with chef skills (contract catering experience is desirable but not essential)
* Senior chef management experience is essential
