An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Regional Manager to oversee a group of high-quality children's residential homes across the North West.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity. You will play a key part in shaping services, supporting managers, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across multiple settings.
Responsibilities
 * Provide effective leadership and direction to Registered Managers across several children's homes.
 * Drive continuous improvement, ensuring services meet or exceed all regulatory standards.
 * Champion a therapeutic and trauma-informed culture that promotes stability and positive outcomes for children and young people.
 * Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial sustainability.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, regulatory bodies, and partner agencies.
 * Support the professional development and wellbeing of staff teams.
Qualifications
 * Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience within children's residential care.
 * Proven track record of managing multiple homes or services.
 * In-depth understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
 * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
 * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
 * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children's and Young People's Services (or willingness to complete).
 * Confident in financial management, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
 * Calm, supportive, and solution-focused approach.
