Your new role
* Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Manage the school’s main reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and well-maintained.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
* Coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff and administration.
* Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role
* Experience using school systems, including SIMs or Arbor
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
