The Mission We are seeking an elite, highly adaptable clinical professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. This exclusive role takes you out of the traditional clinical setting and places you aboard a magnificent private vessel. You will manage the principal's health and wellness while cruising exclusively through the Mediterranean's most sought-after waters, spending the season navigating stunning anchorages across the Greek Islands, Ibiza, Monaco, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
The Team Excellence is never solitary. You will be an integral part of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary private medical team. The onboard medical operations are overseen by a highly experienced Lead British Doctor, supported by dedicated Physiotherapists and a carefully curated team of top-tier, Western-trained nursing professionals .
The Safety To guarantee the highest standard of patient care and prevent clinical fatigue, we have implemented a rigorous double-nurse shift system. This protocol ensures you always have a highly skilled colleague on duty with you, providing unwavering peer support and seamless clinical coverage at all times.
Requirements
The Requirements Candidates must meet the following strict criteria to be considered for this elite deployment:
* Degree: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E environments).
* Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency to ensure flawless medical reporting and seamless integration with the VIP and team.
