Role Description: Customer Service & Sales Support Location: Iver (on-site, full-time) We’re looking for a confident, proactive Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Iver. You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports customers before, during, and after their purchases - whether that’s over the phone, via email, or in person. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from answering customer enquiries and processing orders, to supporting the wider sales team and helping ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience. What You’ll Be Doing: Responding to customer queries by phone and email in a friendly, helpful manner Providing product information, delivery updates, and general advice to ensure customers are fully supported Maintaining a high level of service and professionalism across all communications Managing phone calls with clear, polite, and effective phone etiquette Processing orders over the phone Helping to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey, from first contact through to post-purchase support What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment Confident phone manner with good etiquette Strong written English and attention to detail Ability to work well independently and as part of a small, friendly team Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage Requirements: Experience in a similar customer-facing role desirable but not essential Proficiency in basic computer systems (e.g. email, order software, CRM tools) Why Work With Us?
