The Opportunity
This is a hands-on conveyancing role with responsibility from day one. Youll manage a varied residential caseload and play an active part in client relationships, referrer engagement, and team development. The position can be office-based in Lincoln or fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion
2. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
3. Dealing with new build, shared ownership, remortgages, and transfers of equity
