Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors.
We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands, and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Somerset and looking to complement, scale and grow our R&D facilities in Abingdon and Coventry with the brightest minds from within the battery and EV sector.
What you’ll do…
As a change management lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and integration of change management across Agratas. You will develop methods, processes and drive system development for this across the business. You will draw cross-functional teams together to develop an aligned approach and drive the business forward towards successful implementation.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Single point of contact for the integrated and global change management process at Agratas.
* Develop the strategic approach as well as the detailed methods, processes and systems for integrated and global change management at Agratas.
* Establish the business requirements and optimum approach for deployment of change management.
* Lead the deployment of change management and course correct wherever necessary.
* Develop training materials and programmes to support business wide adoption.
* Monitor the implementation and performance of change management identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
* Report on the progress of development and deployment at all levels of the business.
* Technical responsibility for external contractors hired to support the change management process.
* Play an active role in the engineering quality leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in change management.
* Extensive experience in development and deployment of processes
* Proven track record of leading structured improvement projects using DMAIC, DMADV, or Scrum Master approaches.
* Proficient in Data Analytics (e.g. PowerBI) would be ideal but not essential
* Holds a degree in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline
* Experience in managing interdependencies and integration across diverse functions and regions
* Ideally, has an understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949
