Real Estate Tax Associate DirectorManchester£75,000 - £100,000 (Hybrid working & excellent benefits)
An exceptional opportunity to join a Big 4 leading professional services firms, as an Associate Director within its Real Estate Tax team has arisen, based in Manchester.
This is a key role in a nationally recognised group that advises some of the largest institutional investors, property companies, and REITs on a wide range of complex tax matters.

Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and coaching junior staff within a collaborative environment.
As a Real Estate Tax Associate Director, you will:
* Lead and deliver advisory services to a high-profile client base across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
* Work on complex tax structuring and transaction projects involving real estate funds, stamp tax, REITs, capital allowances, and VAT.
* Manage client relationships and identify commercial opportunities for value-added services.
* Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development and overall team growth.

What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA / CTA / Law qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience
* Demonstrated expertise in real estate tax advisory or transactions, including capital allowances and/or REIT structuring.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience developing client relationships and managing complex engagements.
