We are seeking someone who can:
* Successfully manage a high-volume, fast-paced store in line with Coffi Lab standards.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Follow operational processes and keep documentation up to date.
* Hire and onboard new store employees.
* Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring documentation is maintained.
* Lead by example and promote the business in accordance with training.
* Understand and manage store budgets and financial metrics strategically.
* Maintain optimal stock levels to achieve gross margin targets and manage ordering.
* Plan rotas, schedule holidays, and ensure accurate reflection on systems for reporting and payroll.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
