About the Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them regulate emotions, stay engaged in learning, and access education in a meaningful way. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to provide consistent support throughout the school day. Experience in sports, youth work or similar backgrounds can be valuable, particularly where it supports behaviour management and engagement, but the focus of this role is school-based learning and emotional support rather than any specialist delivery.
