One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Business Partner / Manager within the Engineering / Utilities sector.
Location Remote / Warwickshire (mainly remote)
Duration 6 months +
Day Rate £500 800 per day Inside IR35
This role will be assessing the current engineering and utilities portfolios and partnering with the relevant department looking at resource requirements / people capabilities across the portfolio / divisions and working with onshore and offshore providers to secure the resources.
Experience:
Must have expertise in Engineering and/or Utilities sector experience if utilities, this may include Electricity / Gas / Oil / Power / Energy / Wind / Transmission etc
Experience of working on engineering projects/programmes/portfolios
People management, people capabilities / capacity management / resource requirements
Strong stakeholder management will be partnering with different departments and onshore/offshore consultancies
